CloneTroopers.net

Boba Fett

Active Hunter
I have been migrating between TDH, and CT.net for about the last week since I have begun to work on my EP3 Clone Trooper. The question that I have was is there even anyone active on that site? I have only seen a couple people at the most online over there. Anyone here a member or know what is up with the dead forum?

I'm a member there and CT.Net is not dead, but it does go through "waves" of activity. There will suddenly be a huge burst of activity, then it will go quiet for a bit, then another huge burst...

Yeah I was curious because I only saw a couple of people over there, and this afternoon there was no one online. I know Ripcode is an active member though. Quick question. I am a 501st member and when I go to the page to provide my info so that I can get into the 501st threads I get an error page for some reason. Anyone who is a member over there know why this is, or who I should contact about it?

I am a member there as well. Its hot and cold on activity. Most of the activity when theres not new threds on building armor and new helmets and such is in the 501st only section.

Any suggestions on what to do about the 501st pages since I am a member of the 501st but get an error when I try to access the page to provide my info?

I’m a member there… have been since it started… but I don’t hang around there much these days. For awhile it seemed to get over run with the younger less professional/experienced crowd and so I just lost interest.

I figured as much. I just didn't know if anyone here and any contact with the admins over there, or knew which one of them checks their PM's more often since they are like 7 admins listed.

I'm a member there too. But it's does take a little longer to get help from someone there. So I guess it does get slow sometimes. I just wished my armor were a bit more completed so that I could be more active there.

A huge thanks to SaxeCoburg for giving me some awesome pointers once I asked for help.

I was on it too til I felt the same thing. Got a little sick of some of the bickering/ silly little attacks that would happen, so I dropped off it. I actually recently started cruising it a bit, now that there seems to be more things of interest to see. Suits and props are actually getting constructed and shown off, so its worth looking every once and a while.

I have to agree with Jon.

Hey thanks for all the advice guys. I am about to get my armor in a couple of weeks and start working on it, and clonetroopers is a great resource.

It goes in waves.

Right now there are abunch of new folks that think that the Rubies AOTC is thre greatest thing ever (the cheapo one too!).

However I think some of the best clone builders can be found here (TK1068 & Clone6). They make my armor look like cardboard in comarison.
