Chewbacca build:

Hey guys, I know I've been away for far too long but thought I'd share what I'd been working on in the past year.

Took me just under a year to complete and even though I rushed it for Comic con 2011, still doing upgrades to the mask.




Fixed a few things on the mask last week.






oh yeah, even though this photo makes me cringe (bad hair day, used cheap hairspray and the hair on the mask kept falling down) pretty cool that I got a photo with Jamie and Adam.

Looks great!! Seen some Pics of u there . How tall are u ? Or do u use stilts ?

I'm 6'4 so I don't need stilts. In my build thread, you'll see that I use Frankenstein boots. These boots have a 5" sole and I installed 3 1/2 inch elevator lifts in each boot. In my opinion, stilts make the feet look tall and it just doesn't look right.

I believe it was around 49 packets of the Kenekalon. These were the Jumbo 48" braids that you can cut into 3rds.
