Certified Kettlebell Instructor

From today I'm a certified Russian Kettlebell instructor. This weekend has be a grueling one, we started at 9 in the morning and basically work with the Kettlebells until 5 in the afternoon. I´m beat up at the moment but in a good way.

We got a trainer named Steve Maxwell and he is great. I recommend RK for everyone.

I found this pics from training earlier this year I think around april or march, and since then I´ve improved both in strength, stamina and not to mention weight control.
