Does anyone know of a place where to get items/instuctions for a BSG Viper Pilot gear ?
or any BSG costume?

Yup, ASAP Forums http://p082.ezboard.com/fpropreplicasfrm92 is a great place to start. A couple of us are working on suits-me, BobaGoat, Got Maul, DGasser. DGasser is definitely the BSG Viper pilot expert.
ASAP is the place to be.
The hardest thing to get is the correct matieral for the flight suit. The last group order just went in so unless someone wants to sell you some you ar going to be out of luck on that. You still have time to get in on the other type of fabric needed (the gold on the back).
If you can't get any of the fabric in after this last order PM me.
You mean I can't just go out to Hobby Lobby and get shiney goldish material? :) Actually, I've been digging the Viper suit for a while now and would love more info as well.
