Boba Fett WoodWork Art

Those three are so bang on cool :) Im well into no1 and no2. But being a High School Teacher myself; If a student did anything like that for me I'd be so blown away and he'd go right to the top of the class. Tell him I said great work and very well done. :)

thanks for all the kind words, guys, he is going to be blown away!! he has never shown off his work, i dont think, and he is very modest and quiet, so i just had to show him how awesome his work really is, and you guys are just awesome in your support! thanks a bunch!

D, these pictures are great!

I bet many members of TDH would love to get a picture with chosen motive, so everybody has a personal thing ... ;-)

but I guess this would lead to worst math grades ... because no time left to learn ... haha

cheers to him,

Manuel

well ya know...the kids have to pay for their 30,000 dollar cars somehow... just kidding, this kid is pretty humble...and MM, i think you are right, i bet he would do one customized for anyone interested in having some of his work...may need to get him on here and start an interest thread or something...:rolleyes we'll see, maybe i will test the waters a little bit and see if anyone is interested enough to pay money for his work...(y):cheers

Can't beleive i missed this. You have a talented student. Woodworking does does define the whole Fett theme. Ecspecially if it is handmade, I like the whole imperfect, rugged and scratchy look. Oh yeah, I love the 3rd one. The Bantha skull.

Thanks for sharing!

cool, Esh, i will let him know...

well, he did yet another one for me...:) i have an '07 DragonCon shirt, and the front of it is one of my favorite Boba images...so, i had him do one of these with that image, and it turned out fantastic!!! here ya go guys...

he has already mentioned wanting to do some...i have actually helped him find some cool pics of the helmet and such...so...in the works, my friend!!

That is some cool stuff! Particularly since your average HS student now would only have been born in 1990 - 91, well after the 1980 appearance of BF...

thanks fellas! i show him this thread so he is seeing what you guys are saying...he is very humble and modest, so its good to see that others appreciate what he does, not just his math teacher...;)

Oh, man, that kid is awesome. He got the helmet dead on - something Hasbro seems to still have trouble with. And I love the one of just the death head.
