Would you be doing a run of "unblemished" masks in the future?

If by unblemished you mean the mask worn by the other character in the game the answer is Yes , I've allready started the parts collecting and basic sculpt. i'm going to try and have it ready very soon . If all goes welll it should be a heck of a project

Just received mine from Brian...trust me Hunters, he does nice work.

The headstrap shown is a spare from my S10 NBC gas mask. it does not come with the mask...FYI. 8)

That said, i'm still gonna be modding it just a little, to allow it to handle rough usage. More pics will be up once I get that done and strapped.

Stay safe and thanks again Brian.

Can someone take a pic of a finished mask with them wearing it? I'm just curious to see what it looks like on persons face...

Gimme a day or two and I'll put some pics up, I'm fiberglassing the mask in a few hours and working the strapping after it dries.

    Brian,

Sanded down the inside, and fiberglassed it. It's strong as hell now! 8)

Next up, cutting out the strap slots and strapping that baby down. Thanks again for a great cast!

    Stay safe,

    Brian,

Managed to dremel out the strap slots, clean it up with a hand file and had it painted. Slotted in my Avon S10 straps and it works great! Just need 2 more triglides for the lower bit.

Looks like I'm all set for STCC next weekend! 8)

Thanks again Brian, for an awesome sculpt.

    Stay safe,

    Tim.

Jarvis -- DEINITELY interested in picking one of these up; however, I'm a college student, and money is VERY tight at the moment... hoping to pick up a second job soon, but I don't know what's going to happen. The jobs dry up in summer when all the college kids leave town... there's so fewer people to service that businesses aren't looking to hire.

Can I order one later on down the road, or do you think the mold might not be usable in the later future? :\

Hi xero, I hope everything goes well and that the summer break is good to you, I'll put one on the shelf for you so you can pick it up any time

    Brian
Thanks, Brian... You're a savior. Just warning you, though, depending on how job hunting goes up here in Michigan, that could be either a month or a year before I have a spare $70... I'm in my last semester of college, so let's hope I get a nice job with decent salary out of the gate. And even before that, let's hope I can find a good-paying part time job in the mean time.

Also, I know traditionally linking to eBay auctions is a no-no, but if I recall correctly, the masks in game use a plate like this in order to wear em... I think it would complement the mask nicely, for all those who have ordered one from Brian:

Also, Brian, one of my friends is interested, and he might PM you soon... he'd be new to TDH. I showed him your thread and he was very impressed.

Wow, you two did some excellent paint-ups on those masks! Nice job! I'll definitely be picking up one of these. 8)

Halo_1, do you have any pics of how you padded it on the inside? Also, how's your vision when wearing it? From looking at the earlier pictures I was afraid the eye holes might be a little far apart, but with pics of someone actually wearing it, it looks better.

Jarvis, excellent job on the masks. Can't wait till you get that mask backplate done, I NEED one of these.
