Anyone need t-track for rotj fett blasters, sabers, sterlings?

Anyone need t-track for rotj fett blasters, sabers, sterlings?

There's a sign up list for t-track in the JY on the RPF.
This is a run of accurate t-track that was used on the OT sabers, sterlings, and rotj fett rifle.
It's a custom run and it is going to cost a small fortune to get made, but if we get enough people to sign up, we can make it happen.

All the details are in the first post of the JY thread. Please read it thoroughly and sign up according to the instructions.

Just to keep the visibility up here, post here as well as in the rpf JY thread.

ah well, I just ordered a whole bunch of the stuff from blast-tech.

The stuff from blastech is nice, but the profile is the wrong shape and is made from the wrong material. The real stuff was made of extruded ABS.
That's what this run is for. There has never been accurate t-track available ever. This would be the first (and most likely) last time.

Here is the link to the thread on the rpf where it goes into more detail about the project.

Pity i want it now tho... and even though its accurate, which is always a good thing, waiting so long for it is what would put me off of it.. that and i dont like using the RPF forums enough to log on for one thing... im on enough as it is now a days..

Were you taking orders now, in here, and with a close manufacture date, id say id take enough to make up a Boba Fett RotJ EE-3...

Don't know exactly how long it will take. Couple months maybe?
Our order is small potatoes to a commercial extruder. Our order although it costs thousands, is insignificant to them and will have to be fit into their production schedule.

Only people who sign up before the order is placed will get the prices quoted. After that, whatever is left will be sold for quite a bit more.

If you are saying it is too much trouble for you to log into the rpf to post in the thread sign up list, then you are even lazier then me, and that is bad.

Have to have some incentive for getting people involved to get the project off the ground.
Sign up for the run and help make it a reality, and as a reward you get it cheaper.
    Sounds fair to me.

Also, if anyone is not an rpf member or does not have access to post in the JY but wants to be on the list, post here and I'll make sure you get taken care of.
