I booked mine a few moments ago. I went cheap and six blocks away. Not bad, and much easier to get a room than at SDCC!!

I booked the day the event was announced. Well, a friend booked, then backed out and gave me his room... it's complicated, but at the end of the day I ended up with a room at the Red Roof in for $49/night.

if by c5 you mean dcon , yep im all booked , im kinda glad they didnt announce ti sooner , it would have been a tough decision

Yep, got the Peabody for cheap (relatively speaking).

I was impressed by the official blocks of hotels this time around.

I got the Red Roof Inn right next door for $226 for 5 nights!
