I kinda wish i knew about those replica ones before. I probably would have bought one lol. But hey i probably ended up with one anyway, and at a better price, so still good news! lol

You are the Monty Hall of TDH this year! "Let's Make a Deal"!

Does anybody have a paper clip and a bobby pin to trade for what's in the box on the table?

thanks to Lonepigeon for the info. It is appreciated, though a little disappointing lol. Glad to know its replica though, and not vintage, just for piece of mind, and... incase i end up having to sell my Fett(which would take ALOT lol).

Well,I just tried to order one of these, and they Emailed me back saying they wont ship outside of the States because its over $100|||

Yes, unfortunately this has long been the case. I tried to buy on from them once. I then tried to buy one from the company in India that actually makes them but they only sell in bulk so that was a no go either.

Dang! Perhaps an enterprising sort of fellow in the States could act as a middle man and sell them on thru the forums! ( hint!)

You'll also need to consider UK Firearms laws and importation laws. As this item would invariably fall under the Firearms act 1968 as a section 1 firearm despite the fact that it is only a stock you might have difficulty here too e.g in the UK being in possession of part of a section 1 firearm (such as the stock) would be an offence.

Not to Sweden though, fortunately. Here it would be seen as a stock, and nothing more. Only the weapon itself, or vital parts of it are under license restrictions (this unfortunately for me includes deactivated arms).

Thank you for your email.

The H23 Shoulder stock is thought to be of post war production :confused hence the
price.

The postage & packing to Germany will be £25.00 Pounds for this item making
a total of £220.00 Pounds Sterling ($349,87 US :cry).

We accept most major debit/credit cards through our secure website but we do
not accept payment by Paypal.

woo! yea too much! For that price i'd bet you can find a real one...that is, if you CAN find a real one :/

Here's a comparison photo of my real Webley grip versus the replica one made in India (photo from gunboards.com).

Thanks for this shot Chris.

Between this and the resin copy of a real one i currently have, i should be able to tell in 2 seconds if this thing is Authentic or not. It is hard to see in the pic, but im leaning towards a replica as well.

In my pic in the first post it kind of resembles the illusion you see on the replica grip in Lonepigeon's comparison pics here if you dont enlarge it. Hence why im leaning towards replica.

Personally, I didnt think it was "new" i just didnt ever think to look for a replica part for a real Webley, so i never came across the site.
