General Wip: ESB paintup for nemesis by dynamic1

Alright guys, I'm onto another commission for a TDH new-comer "Nemesis". Armor was purchased through the one and only RKD and I must say, this V.2 (I believe) is AMAZING! Attention to detail, seemliness as well as the damage is spot on. That being said, I was able to get this trimmed as well as primed over the last couple of days. Although Nemesis is in no rush I plan to knock this paintup out in a few weeks as time permits. Stay tuned for updates and as always, thanks for following along.

Dynamic, that is actually my V2.1 (large WOF size, but based off RF's awesome templates), which is the same sculpt as my V3 (medium, also off RF's templates), only bigger!

Looking forward to seeing the paintup!

That armor looks great! I am looking forward to seeing the paint progress. What version is this going to be: ROTJ, ESB, Pre-Production etc?

Alright, quick update. After a long day at work I was able to stencil out the silver damage on the back plate. Will now mask and lay down the SP Lark manana.

Alright, just laid the US Med as well as the yellow on the kidney plate whilst chatting with Fettseven. During our convo we noticed my Talon was having a tough time blowing the paint (Stop it Rubio). That being said once the green was down, I brought the brush inside for a little TLC...the last image is what I removed from the barrel...keep in mind, this is with me cleaning after every use! Moral of the story, deep CLEAN your brush once in a while:rolleyes.

Here is a quick comparison on the upper/ right back slot....put down some base green on the kidney plate today. On to the front this weekend.

thanks buddy....although most of the armor is said to be topical, i do all my work layered as i prefer the clean/seamless feel. Once i'm nearing completion ill smoke it up a bit followed by some steel wool for a nice smoothe finish ; ).

Moving forward....Stenciled out the yellow damage on the cod and ab plate. Should have this done by Friday and will move onto the shoulders...

Sorry for the delay guys...had work in Hoth....i mean..chicago where i nearly froze lol! Shoulder dammage is masked out and ready to lay the second layer tomorrow. I should be completing them this weekend and moving on to the knees.

Moving right along...Was able to mask out some more on the shoulders then headed to laying the yellow etc.... Also, masked out the silver damage on the knees. These should be completed by Monday followed by the collar, chest and diamond..

Alright guys....I seem to be on fire ; )...Was able to lay down the yellows today. The Sienna should be here Monday or Tuesday as I had to order it...On to the collar.

Another quick update!...At this point all I have remaining is the left chest. Still need to dremal out the slots (PITA LOL), mask the silver damage followed by laying the greens and a tad of weathering. If all goes as planned I will have this out to Nemesis Monday.
