A blue-gray color is what you want. The same color is on the ESB Hero jumpsuit too, but is a faded color because there's almost 1 year between the 2 images:

Raf is right, it is the same.
I am familiar with the colour.
"royal blue" by RIT brand fabric dye.
Make sure you boil the water up to a full boil before putting your dye in.
Then put the flight suit in.
As long as the water is boiling it will dye properly.

You can season the colour to your liking as you go but make sure you don't pour the dye in the water with
The fabric your dyeing at the same time. Take the flight suit out of he water to season the colour.
Otherwise you'll end up with bright blue pepper marks on the flight suit where you sprinkled the dye into the water.

Once your done dying it to the colour you like you can always stone wash them (google for directions).
After all that airbrush on your soil marks and bam.

If you need more help feel free to message me. It's not my first rodeo.

Make sure your flightsuit is 100% cotton for dying. Also, I was under the impression that the correct color was "China Blue"

Awesome! Thx for the colors. "Chine Blue" is perfect more for ESB...looks more washed out. But I'm going for a Pre-Pro 2 color. I'll give "Royal blue" a shot.

The royal blue works but you don't want to dump the whole box in. I am not familiar with the colour china blue. What brand is it?
The dying will still work as long as you have at least 90% cotton but 100% natural fiber is recommended.
No matter what shade blue you use you will want to beat them up to wear it in and fade the blue.
Some stone wash like me. Others work the fabric with a series of sand paper ranging from 150-400 grit.
