how and were do i attach the pouches?

the side pouches attach to the ammo belt by putting the ammo belt through the loop in the side pouch, or if you dont have loops you can use velcro i think..


that thin black strip is...velcro?

Depends on which version of the suit you are doing.

On the Supertrooper the pouches velcro to the backside of the ammo belt.
On the PP1, the pouches slide onto the ammo belt.
On the PP2, the pouches slide onto the ammo belt.
On the PP3 the pouches velcro to the backside of the ammo belt.
On the ESB the pouches velcro to the backside of the ammo belt.
On the RotJ the pouches slide onto the ammo belt.
On the SE the pouches velcro to the backside of the ammo belt.

Whew... OK, that was fun... now I'll bet you are going to ask for pics of each...
