Wandering Knee Armor?

Anyone else have this problem? I've got knee armor with an elastic strap around the back of each. They also attach to the knee areas of my jumpsuit with a square of velcro on the front of my knees. The problem is, that when I walk around, the legs of my jumpsuit tend to twist to the outside. This causes my knee armor to get all mis-aligned even though it is still attached to the jumpsuit. Anyone know what I'm talking about and also experience this issue? Any home-made solutions out there?

(I am of a fairly slight build. I may be wearing the straps too tight, thus, not allowing the knee armor to move with me. This may be the reason they get all twisted up.)

But any other ideas?

I had the same problem, and fixed it by adding velcro inside the bottom of my flightsuit legs, and across the front and back of my boots near the top of them. Now when I suit up, I pull the pants down over the boots, and the velcro holds the pant legs in place.
Hope this helps.:)

I sewed a piece of elastic to the bottom of each of my jumpsuit legs that goes underneath my foot inside my boot, works like a charm.

I have skinny knees :) Mine stay in place pretty well with the elastic. I do know a lot of members use velcro to keep theirs on as slave1pilot mentioned about his. In the past on previous pairs of kneepads, I would pad it with foam on the inside, that would also help keep it in place.
