Unique Belt?

Hey gang. Over the weekend, I bought the Star Wars Ultimate Visual Guide book and was flipping through it when I noticed something about a picture of Boba Fett. It was the ROTJ SE Fett, but his belt was one I'd never seen before. Its difficult to make out in this scan, but I counted ten visible pouches, and I thought that eight was the agreed count of pouches on the ROTJ ammo belt.
Also, I noticed that at least three of the pouches had buttons on them, similar to ESB Fett.

Where did this belt come from? Is this a unique belt, or a Pre-pro belt used for the photo?

Yeah, like I said, in the scan, because of the centerfold of the page, the last two pouches to the far left look like a single pouch, but actually looking at the book, you can see stitching on the flap one pouch, and then the flap of the one farthest left has come unglued and is slightly raised.
