Hi everyone! I am in need of assistance regarding how to attach the chest, shoulder, back plate, butt and cod armors to the soft parts (i.e. vest, flight suit). Any tutorial and advice will be highly appreciated.

Thanks!

Velcro?
Rare Earth magnets & steel washers on the inside of your vest?
Chicago screws and grommets?

Each way presents it's own benefits and drawbacks. Myself, I went with grommets and chicago screws epoxied inside my armor plates. They have a little give, they do not move or shift out of position permanently, and they go on the exact same way every single time. However, you REALLY need to get the screws set in place right the first time. You also have to punch the corresponding grommet holes in the right spot the first time.

The chest armor can be attached using magnets http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/f20/...et-attachment-method-48099/?highlight=magnets

Back plate should only attach to the collar armor with the studs. The weight of the jetpack holds the back armor in place. like this http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/showthread.php?t=44590&p=569898&viewfull=1#post569898

cod and butt: I attached some nylon webbing to the butt plate so I can secure it like a belt then I used velcro to connect the cod to the butt plate. It is pretty secure.
