TDH material and TK409's neck seal "help"

So, it was kicked around about using the TDH material for TK409's neck seal. The big question: Is the material sewn with the shiny side on the inside? This was discussed but I did'ent really get weather or not this IS HOW it's done. Anybody know if this is the most common way or is it shiny side out like the vest? Thanks for any input:thumbsup

Use the reverse side of the vest material for the neckseal.:thumbsup

I believe BobaFettish stated that the reverse side is used for the neck seal, I'd email 409 and make sure you convey thats what you want when you order and send your material. Never hurts to have good communication with a vendor.
