tackle twill group buy interest thread

I just looked into getting the correct tackle twill fabric from the Webster Fabrics and contrary to what they say about a 5 yard minimum on their website the minumum is 25 yards for the plain GREYISH fabric. It is $6.50 a yard. Would anyone be interested in pooling our resourses and doing a group buy? LMK and we can do this.

UPDATE: I just ordered 25 yards of the polypro Tackle Twill from Webster Fabric in the greyish color. COULD EVERYONE on the list PM me with their name and address, so I'll be able to figure the postage, etc. Also INCLUDE your BOARD NAME too. As soon as I get it I'll cut it down into the proper lengths and let everyone know what the TOTAL PRICE is.

3/30 UPDATE 2: The fabric is in.I've cut it up to the appropriate lengths and just have to find out the TOTAL COST with shipping. I'll contact you individually with PRICE and where to send payment.

Checked some other site that was recomended by Webster Fabric and they NO LONGER carry the Poly PRO TWILL. So this idea might be the way to go. Who knows how long it will be available.

I'd be interested, but how many yards do i need for the vest?

I'm no expert, but I don't see why 3yards wouldn't be enough for 1 vest and a neck seal.

I purchased 5 yards before, and I had enough to do two vests, 2 sets of boot spats, two neck seals, 3 sets of hip pouches and I still have a little more.
