Suit cooling.

Hi,

just a quick question, what have you guys build into your costumes to help keep yourselves cool? unfortunately I have a skin condition that pretty much means if I get hot, I come up in hives, so I am just planning to take a lot of antihistamines to help fight the problem, but I was wondering what you guys have done to keep yourselves cool?

Hydrate hydrate hydrate....other than that fans moisture whicking underwear like under armour for example and socks

Yep. Fett 4 Real is right, also I saw some people take ice packs and such and put them in the pouches and what not in the suit. Take some breaks. Safety first!

Actually you can install fans in your helmet. I don't want to speak for him, but I think that is what F4R meant. You can turn up some info on installing these with a search.

I was thinking you meant there were some pants you could wear to keep your crotch down... I wasn't a fan of haaving fans by my crotch
