I started working on this today:

I can see already it's going to need some work the holes seem to be too far apart from the one on the next tier of holes and it looks like they should be scooted back some as well.

Looks Great I have often thought about playing around with this product. Our engineers here use it for medical device development. Do you plan on building the whole thing and if so where would you take model to have it made.
 
This is in an effort to "standardize" the parts of Boba Fett. I know lots of people on here want to be able to scale stuff for a costume, but I thought it would be nice for those of us that wanted dimensions that were a little more "true" to the movies.

I based this off of studiocreations website where they took a videocamera into the Magic of Myth tour with laser pointers at a set distance apart.

The nice thing about having this in cad is now it can be adjusted and the dimensions will only improve upon it.

Deadland, to answer your question, I have access to a machine shop and can do it there.
