sidearm question

Hello,

I was wondering what the overall lenght of the sidearm is (from end to end ) or what everyone elses is in average? I have a Nintendo Zapper that I have gotten and am going to replace the plastic barrel with an old aluminum flagpole tube. I just need to know the overall length it should be in the end.

Does 12 inches sound right from end to end? I believe I have read this on here a while ago, but cannot seem to find it now.

Hey stussy,
My NES zapper after-mod is almost exactly 11" long.
But I think 12" is probably a safer length to go with. At the moment, my side arm barely o=pokes out of the bottom of my holster. I'm pretty sure(from the ref pix I've seen) it should protrude atleast an extra inch out of the bottom.

That's what I was thinking too. WOF's templates shows 12 inches. That's what I'll go with. I found a screw on tap spout that looks like a miniature silencer that might look pretty cool to put on the end of it. Not screen accurate, but I will see what it looks like.

the real used sidearm was much longer than 12 inches
