show off of full 501st ROTJ Boba Fett suit

Hunter
I've spent a little more then a year and a half on this suit, went with the top parts, found parts as much as I could, and a lot of scratch built all over the place. Did all the paint, assembly, electronics, and finishing myself. Helmet is a FP budget from Asok, and has a self contained voice amp/modulator with speaker (using the holes in the bordon connector) and mic. Also has a servo board for a working RF, with flashing red and solid green leds. Armor is RKD as well as gauntlet halves, Fettronics 2 stage chest lights, gauntlet arming light, laser sight in top flame tube and led pilot light in lower. Jetpack is a MoW with working beacon, and diffused lights in each thruster (self contained) the blaster is a heavily modified Hasbro I gutted but kept the electronics for, scratch built the rest of it other then the scope and T track (Blastech) Got my 501st approval in February, BH13138, and my first con this past month, dying to get out again!! A LOT of thanks is due to this site and its awesome reference and members who make the best parts around!

Said it before and I'll say it again, great job on that Trav! Love the lights on the thrusters and the flamethrower, all great stuff! And congrats on your approval!!

Nice work! I love the lights on the jetpack, that is too sweet for words. The quality of this suit is top notch as well, I hope mine turns out even a fraction as good as this. :cheers

Thanks so much everyone!! Its a LOT of fun to wear, and start making things work, like the RF or jetpack thrusters, kids and adults lose their minds!! :) super fun and rewarding, more then worth the time and effort!! If anyone is interested I can do a thruster light walkthrough thread

Thanks Mojo! What its all about when it comes down to it :)
Alright, cool! I'll get a tutorial written up and posted in the next couple days, not a hard build at all, fun add on to play with!

Very unique with the jetpack thruster lights. You're the first I've seen do this. There is one guy locally who has built the compressed air system to shoot out of the thrusters (I believe he was the first on TDH to do this), but the lights....you are the first to do it that I have remembered. Very cool !

Hey man! Amazing suit!!

Any update on the walkthrough? Very interested in adding more electronics to the suit. Interested in your gauntlet and beacon light setup as well.

How did you make the RF servo?

Cheers!
