Should I repaint?

as i was looking at my progresss pics,
I noticed something that didn't look right
Mine is on the left (duh)

I forgot to paint some damage, totally missed it!
I didn't even make an attempt at it
so, here's my question;
should I repaint the whole thing, or try & touch it up?

I'd say touch it up. Repainting the whole thing will be pretty darn time consuming because you'll have to do ALL of the weathering again instead of just one area.

Yep touch up if you can. If not repaint it. Look at it this way if you touch it up and screw up or it doesn't look right you can always go back and repaint it. If you just repaint it you might make a lot more work then you needed to.

If your like me, every time you look at that spot you'll feel like "dang, I should paint that damage in there..."

You don't have to do a full repaint do ya ?

Did your layer the other damage? If so repaint the whole thing, otherwise you won't be happy with it..lol

If its all topical, just touch it up

Have to agree D man here. But if your lazy like me just topical it, I really doubt any one would notice unless they were really close. And if they were that close you have other problems;)

Just topical it and see how you like it, you can always repaint it later.

Well, going by your picture, you got the red circle exactly in the right place.
But why did you paint that big line of question marks across yours?

Seriously though, touch it up. It will always bug you if you don't. ;)

The silver is layered, but the yellow is topical (like the real thing)
I can add the damage (since it's yellow only) but what about the black speckles over that?

Lightly mist with black spray paint from a far away distance, but dont mask the area otherwise you'll get black outlines. Maybe 1 or 2 bursts from at least 4-5feet away, but only spray the paint in the base area of the armor. Do not spray directly on the armor, but in the vincinity so that it will fan out as the paint falls. Try 1 burts at a time and then look and do it again if neccessary, until you get the desired blending.
