Shin Tool Pockets

This is driving me nuts. Trying to find a good enough pic of RotJ shin tool pockets so I can verify the orientation on the pant legs.

Is it:

(Small pocket/Large pocket) (Large pocket /Small pocket)

or are they not mirror images?
