Shin tool measurement?

Hi there, I've been thinking about building my shin tools. I am using the WOF templates and would like to know how thick the parts are for this particular tool. Could someone please supply me with the proper measurement?

Does anyone know how thick the 4.25" x 2" vibro-plate should be?

it should be about 3/32nd" to an 1/8th". Don't go over an 1/8th" it looks to think. Looks like I need to make a revision.
