Shin tool help

Hi guys, so I have made my shin tools from 'found' parts, but I can not find any details about the tool which is a rod, any one got any good photos or dims? I see it has a thicker cylinder to the bottom and a detailed top part. Any help would be good to finish my set off.

The stir stick was the 'survival knife' I kept the spine that you can see, I also opted to not add the other hole.

Thanks for the help and photos, I think I will sculpt the detailed top part from milliput. Should be a quick job tomorrow.

I don't think that is has been identified yet.

I thought the “jet pack adjustment tool” was made for the visual dictionary (like A LOT of the props in those books) and was never confirmed as being screen used.
