    shaping the armor

does anyone have any tips on shaping the armor sections? i'm talking about the chest plates and shoulder pieces.i think the cod piece will be the hardest.i'm making it out of aluminium so any pointers will be much appreciated.

    Re: shaping the armor

Boba = the shape of the chest sections is very rounded. Almost like the were shaped from a 50 gallon barrel.

Jango - much more angular on the ends. (if that makes sense)

Shoulders - it may sound funny but an empty large glass pickle jar works great. Just heat up the shoulders (assuming your using sintra) and mold them around the pickle jar.

PM me if you have any more detailed questions.
