Scratchbuild barrel measurement...

Hey there,

Is there someone who could tell me what is the most accurate size PVC pipe I would need to make the barrel, taking into consideration I will be putting wipers on there.. ive seen on a pic on TK409's site that with the wipers its 2 inches, but I dont know what the barrel itself is..

If anyone can get me the exact sizing I would be in much appreciation :D

Bump for the US morning people... Any tips at all... Ive seen all the references that i could find, and all the pics that havent been deactivated...

And anyone on here sell the proper wiper blades for the barrel... the guy on ebay who sells them hasnt gotten back in contact with me... after a week its annoying...

If I remember correctly, when i received my webslinger kit, it came with a 2" PVC pipe. I then hit Blastech for the accurate rubber t-band strips and added those on. I could do some measurements once I get home later...LMK.

Hope this helps somehow...

Stay safe,

Tim.

Cheers Tim I look forward to seeing what you come up with :D

? My EE-3 is a kit I got way back in 2004. It's a 'webslinger' kit that's since been discontinued. Upgraded my scope a few weeks after gettin that.

Here's a pic, not very clear though...upper top left hand corner.

The main body, greeblies and initial grips were made out of resin, as were the 'wiperblades/inverted t-rails'. The stock connector was machined aluminium and the stock was made from real wood.

I went out and upgraded the grips to real world Webley grips, swiped the 'resin wiperblades/inverted t-rails' for some rubber ones from Blastech.com. Scope was sourced and found online, as close to screen accurate in shape and size but for a fraction of the price.

Hope this helps.

Stay safe,

Tim.
