Found some 8mm knurled thumb nuts with a 3mm bolt thread from China on ebay. I drilled an inset and glued one in. It is just there to look correct. Did did a few extra up grades to make the D grip stock attachment look more accurate. Embedded a bolt in It, (the nut is hidden under the cast grip) filled in the old holes and put in a single screw on the left side. I also filled in the holes that attach the D grip to the stock, and drilled new smaller holes and and insets. I reduced the diameter of the two screw heads. Also new, more accurate sling. I did not detail both red boxes.
