hello all
im kinda new, ive been reading the forums for awile now. i still have some questions i havent found answers to though.
1) is the bottom of the jetpack conected to you or is it just free hang?
2) what is the most screen acurate way to attach the jetpack?
im trying to finish a ROTJ boba fett and want it to be movie quality. thank you for any help!

Greetings and welcome to the Dented Helmet.

The bottom of the screen accurate jetpack attaches to the scuba harness below the backplate with two metal hooks. They slip into the metal harness securing it from swinging.

The most screen accurate way to attach it is to get one of the white, nylon strapping systems you can find for sale here on TDH. They secure to the jetpack using hooks just like the real version did.

oh!! do you have pics of the top hooks? that would help alot! thank you. also do you have to cut up the back of your flack vest to put all this together?

Look in the reference photos in the gallery link at the top of the website. There's literally hundreds of these photos.

Yes, your flack vest needs holes in it for the straps to run through.

is the collar armor sapos to conect to the back plate? I havent seen a good pic of it.

Yes. Look in the gallery... there are thousands of hi-res images of the real suit and you'll see that the collar sits under the backplate.
