sidewinder no offense but the hammer isnt supposed to be back on the blaster if you drilled the plate out in front of it, it would go right into place and not be like that
Huh. Didn't even notice that. Is it an easy fix?
The hammer isn't in the cocked position, when you cock my real Webley it goes back much further than that.

I think you may want to look at reference pics sir, the hammer is back compared to where it should be, half cocked or cocked its not where it should be

God this thread is not helping at all! Ordered my kit on May 4th (appropriate right?) and cannot wait for it to get here.
I've got your kit's parts cast Osme, just need to do a bit of prep and I will get them sent out Monday probably.
