ROTJ blaster barrel

What size pvc pipe do you use when making the barrel? Is it 1 1/2in or 2in. Also what is the total lenth of the barrel 11in or 11 1/2 in? I'm tring to get my stormrider blaster going. I don't know what the numbers mean in wof's plans. Are those for machining? Any help would be great.Thanks

i think it's 1 1/2 inch

I believe I used 1 1/2" for the barrel and 2" for the larger PVC piece and the barrel length is 9 1/2" from wof's templates.

I thought that the barrel from the end of the larger pvc piece was 8" without the end piece. I'm not sure though. wof's templates are not in inches are they?

I believe Alan's templates are accurate. His templates are in decimals. 9.500 = 9 1/2", 0.500 = 1/2", etc. Google decimal to inches conversion calculator if you need help converting.

Try this... I took the barrel from the CAD file and threw some dims on it for ya?
