airburshed it on.. If you using rattle cans i would agree on the empty thing. The problem with rattle can paint is that it shoots the paint too thick... You may want to stand back.. also look into kyrlons new line they have a new nossle that is adjustable. Ive used them on my jet pack and primers. and the jet or spray is more consistant.

That's how I did mine years ago. I can't wait until I get the UPGRADE BUG when I start upgrading mine, wich is a BM armor, with some mods of my own to fit my body.
Feels like DEJAVú once again....painting armor and jet pack, after 5 years.
Seroiusly check out kylons new can line there nossles ARE GOLD!. There cans were acutally showcase in popluar mechnics magazine. Also you may want to try masking the area with news paper. If you checkout youtube watch how airbrush artist spray there artwork. They hold out a piece of paper or cardboard to block paint. I did this with my jet pack.
