RE: Sintra question

Hi all,

I have a Fett cod piece that needs to be re-shaped a little - trouble is its already painted. How can I re-curve it to fir better?
Ive heard putting it in the oven for a minute or 2 - but I want some confirmation before i try it.
Suggestions?

When I was doing my custom mandelore I had to reshape after it was painted. I just heated it up over the stove and reshaped it. It didn't do anything to the paint that I noticed. It should be fine as long as you don't let it cook. What kind of paint are you using? I used automotive paint which should stand up to the heat. Hope this helps.
