Questions about boots

Well with my insomnia kicking in, I was doing a search on fett boots and a couple of names came up, MC and JW. I know MC boots are the mark cheng, but I have never heard of the JW boots before tonight. I was reading a few threads from 2006 that mentioned these two boots, and I am guessing that they helped get the boots sold to members but did not actually make them. Do either of these guys post on the boards anymore? Would they ever consider doing the boots again? I know it was probably big balls, but having more than 2 people that make a quality boot can only help the members here ( especially people like me that have gunboats for feet.)

When did they stop doing boots? Do they still post on the boards?

Maybe something close to the original would work...

JangoWes has not posted in some time. You'll see his boots pop up in the cargo hold from time to time. What size shoe do you wear?

I wear a 13. I know about the MOW boots, I was just wondering if anyone else was trying to make them.

I still get on from time to time. :)
Being in Germany for the next few years, I won't be able to do any runs for a bit.

Welcome back JW, hopefully you can do a run when you have the time, no rush though. This is a hobby and real life comes first. I know about the cahoots, but I am not too fond of them. Unless a screaming deal comes up, I am going to wait until Christian does another run or two before I get boots.

I passed off everything boot related to a friend. Let me check with him to see if he is willing to get another run going.

Funny you should mention it F4R :rolleyes

Christian, I dont think Ive posted my solution to the round toe...RIGHT before I left for Korea last year I got a chance to do a bit of sanding to the toe of the boot. Making the Mojo Toe spikes fit and giving a better look to the front of the boot. I shall have to get my butt into my BOX-O-FETT, and take some pics. I also sanded down the entire sole to be flat and not ridged. Not great for traction but look the part better IMHO.
