General Polycarbonate visors

Hey guys, ran into a bit of an issue. just picked up a couple dark green visors from RJ Safety. But I haven't a clue on how to cut them to fit my bucket. If anyone has any suggestions on doing that, I would appreciate it very much. signed can't cut it!

I cut mine with a cutoff wheel in a die grinder. Do you have a dremel? Need one and a cutoff wheel(s) and sanding drum attachments or rotary files to get the transition looking decent.

Do what syllander said but it helps to start with doing a cardboard template from the inside of your helmet first.
Be sure to wear goggles while cutting the visor, the dremel will basicly melt some of the material and it hurts like a MF to get in the eyes.
