I tried normal spraypaint but it scratches off easily.
What brand is a good primer/ paint to use on plastic and nylon fabric that will stick well?

Try krylon fusion it come in satin or gloss.
As for the nylon try createx through an airbrush.
You can get greatex from most good art shop's or from bearair.com
To paint plastic, the traditional way is the best. Lightly sand with some 220grit all over the piece to be painted, then prime & paint. I've always used Rustoleum products with absolute stellar results everytime. Their industrial line is a gem to work with....fast drying and professional results.
