Is there a definitive answer on the front tip of the screen used ESB sidearm? Is it metal like the barrel, or plastic painted silver?
Metal. Plastic tips were on another version called Pirate instead of Pulce. Almost the same but with a few small diferences such as the trigger guard an the plastic tips.

Agreed, the Pulce 40 has an aluminum tip. The Pirate 40 has the clear plastic tip. You want the pulce.
