New ESB Boba Fett on duty

Hi,



these is Kev, BH-1023.


The costume is ready to wear but I will update it step by step.



But here are some information to the costume:
The armour parts, the Jetpack and gauntlets are made and painted by bobamaker.
The helmet is painted by PropPainter.


Armour parts: BM, chestplate with light
Jetpack: BM, V.2. with light
Flakvest: BM, the plates are attached with screws
Gauntlets: BM; right side with yellow light and a switsch to controlling the RF
Gloves: BM
Shin tools: BM
Ammobelt: BM, leather
Harness: Kcr7pr, metall, really nice and very accurate, with divers belt buckle (replica)
Girthbelt (32"): Woodman
Neckseal and cape: tk-409
Boots: MOW, 2014, size us 9.5, weathered and attached the metallspikes
Flightsuit, spats and pouches: loanstar
EE-3 blaster: sidewinder, with light and sound and leather sling!
Sidearm: stormrider. Coldcast. It's right out of the box, so you have to sand and paint it a little.
Holster: Kcr7pr. Resin. Out of the box, too. Without straps.
Scalps: Molon Labe Studios; ESB Horse Hair Braids
Borden connector: mojo_skywalker; aluminium
Helmet: Fettpride - II; painted by Proppainter
Flamethrower: CombatBaby, aluminium flamethrower

Looks really good man. Came together nicely I must say. You could dye the gloves though, they look more like ROTJ colored, so they could stand some darkening.
 
Hard parts look great! I reckon you could do with getting the flight suit tailored, notably slimming down the legs and shortening them.
 
Looks great! The flight suit is definitely a little long and baggy in the legs. It should be a tighter fit. But that's an easy fix.
 
Is there any padding in the helmet? I ask because to me it looks like the spacing between the helmet and the collar armor is a little scrunched in the last picture (padding would lift the helmet up more on your head)...the other pics look fine though so maybe its just that particular angle?

Sorry if that's too nit-picky...but this is TDH.. ;)

It´s alright ;-)

The helmet has a padding looks like the inside of a hardhat. If the helmet lift up more I can´t see something through the small visior. :p
 
fits you well brother! great suit!

aside from what has already been mentioned, a couple things that jumped out at me...
- there's a bit too much vest showing under the ab armor. should only be approximately .5" visible per the CRL.
- it may be the lighting in the pictures but the gauntlets look to be the same color as the armor. for ESB, both the gauntlets and the jetpack are a lighter green than the armor based on the reference photos, closer to the green on the dome and cheeks of your bucket.
- your anti-security blade has the red stripe seen in ROTJ not ESB.
- i agree with Escher, the helmet should sit just a bit higher. i had the same issue with my FPH2 and correcting it meant i have to look through the vertical opening of the visor but it didn't take long to get acclimated. oh the things we sacrifice for screen accuracy lol

since you're already approved any changes you make are totally up to your own personal liking and obviously not required, but as previously mentioned, this is TDH and to some, accuracy is everything lol

That´s right, my vest is to long.
I must pull down the body armor or I have to cut the vest. But you can see the wrist belt of the frmework of the backpack than. I´m undecided. :unsure

The legs of the flightsuit are too long also.

And I must kill the red stripe at the anti-security blade.

The gauntlets and the jetpack are in lighter green than the armor. You can see it in the last picture I posted. The lighting is better there.

Is there anybody who can tell me which colour I can use for the tools?

For the Anti-Security Blades:
Black for the wood piece
Metallic for the Stylus Brush
But what can I use for the other part?

Sonic Beam Weapon:
Metallic, red and black?
