New addition to the arsenal. Update 9/14

Thought I'd share the progress on my MG-34 I put together today.

    Update 9/14
Heres what I got done tonight. Modified the stock a little. What do you think of the barrel? To long or just right? Man do I love power tools

    thanks.

    Its solid oak.

Wish I could take credit for it all. TK409 has a link to a tutorial on his site. I just made a few mods and a PVC tripod.

    Bondo and paint next weekend.

keep taking pics!! I wanna see more as you go along.

I just built an E-11 out of wood and PVC pipe, so I got respect for the mad skills you show here.

I used pine for the handle, big mistake. (but it was scrap from my shop floor so no big loss, need better material.)

    Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!

I just got the PVC painted this weekend and added the bondo to the smooth out some areas. The oak was on sale and will take a beating without denting(to much).
