General Need some help

Just bought a Boba Fett helmet from Star Fortress, feeling like I just messed up. I now know they're pretty shady, do I have any hope of receiving a good product or at least my money back? And what are better alternatives to getting an actually good set of Boba gear in case this does end up bad?

Yep, try to get a refund right away. Stick to the sellers on these boards and you'll be fine.

I used a debit card, so thinking it might be too late

If you used your debit card as a credit card (i.e. did not enter a pin number) then you should be able to cancel the order via email.

I would email them to cancel the order and see what their response is.

Here's what their website says:

"All sales are considered final, credits are arranged for cancellations of items, less 25% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable/non-creditable once an order has gone out."

So you may be out 25% of your purchase price.

On the website it says all communication should be via this link:
Order Status Inquiry Mail Form

Not sure dude,I learnt the hard way I bought a complete fett £1700,so if it doesn't work out at least it's only a lid now plz don't think I'm being rude as I don't know your personal situation......

Advice for all you guys, and a life tip. Don't use your debit card for anything other then taking money from an atm. Do not use it as a credit card! You are charging from your bank. Its actual money, not credit. Its harder to get back and if someone steals it they are taking your actual money from you. Trust me its so much easier to solve problems with a credit card then a debit. I know some of this seems like common sense but people still do it.

Look at the link I sent at the top.I can't say for sure if it is or isent I've never held one in my hands but with everyone's feedback here so far......that would be enough evidence that It may not be,but I don't know what your build is or what your using it for it may work for what u need.
