Hey everyone I need some help. I want to paint up my EE3 and Pulce.

EE3:
-For the main body I want kind of a blued steel to it like Slave1Pilot did. Any recommendations?
-Stock stain?
-Specific colors for greeblies and other parts?

Pulce:
-Main body (the orange brown)
-specific silver/alluminum/chrome?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Not sure about the EE3 colors but an old thread of a paint up of one of mojo fetts sidearms used krylon ruddy brown for the body which looked like a good match. I need to paint my sidearm as well so I am interested to hear others opinions on what they use.

Ok thanks for that tip! I'll look into that while we both wait for more info! :)

I painted mine with Georgia Clay by Krylon, and rub-n-buff on the metal parts.

I cleaned it up a bit after this weathering, it was a bit too dirty for me.

Another color to consider is Floquil Zinc Chromate Primer. It's sold in spray cans,
but since Floquil is getting harder to come by, one of the Krylon colors may be easier to find.

Ill definitely keep my eye on that. More suggestions welcome. The more the better- for me and the forum

The Webley is a little tricky to get the right look. I started with a base of flat black, then when that was dry, lightly misted randomly with a bronze metallic spray paint. A dark bronze, like a duranodic bronze. Then I added rusty colored pastels in the nooks and crannies. Sealed that in with dull cote and dry brushed silver damage on most of the edges. Any walnut or dark walnut stain should work for the stock. I put a satin poly on mine and then beat the hell out of it. The stock greeblies I did flat black and then dry brushed silver per reference photos. The square ones got some plain red acrylic paint on the edges.

I haven't done a sidearm yet, but I imagine any of the colors these guys suggested would work fine.
