need help with MOW boots

Need some Advice… Any ideas on how to make the MOW boots all white? I think I can lightly scuff the tubing and carefully paint it… but the black elastic on the side has me beat… I have been putting his off for some time- the boots just look so cool brand new!! Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Hi , having the same problem myself ! Thinking on the lines of a craft or artist shop for canvis paint or fabric paint/liquid dye ?
 
There is fabric spray paint you can get at an automotive store.

Is the piping/ elastic on the supertrooper actually white too? (not sure)
