Need to find a neckseal.

Just received an email from TK409 today that states they are no longer going to be making neck seals. Anyhow, I need to get a neck seal before june 1st and I need it in charcoal/black if possiable. Can anyone point me in the direction of other neck seal makers or even a pattern?
