Neckseal Pattern?

I try not to post new and seemingly repetative threads, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for... I'm sorry if this should be posted in variants, but I thought it might get noticed here better, since it is soft part help I need.

I need a pattern, template, or tutorial for a neckseal that attaches to the flightsuit. I have a USAF summer-weight flightsuit that has a flip-up collar, so I have somkething to anchor the neckseal *to*, just no idea how to make it, if it's based on a straight or curved pattern, etc. and I'm no good at drafting my own patterns. :facepalm

I'm wanting to have an authentic look, just with different colors.

Here's a closeup of the neck area on my flightsuit:

Pardon the placement of the cape... I just draped it for comparison between the color between it and the flightsuit. The neckseal will be black cotton duck, should go well with my color scheme.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Well, I made my vest out of t-shirt material + heavy material and used the extra t-shirt material for my neckseal. I filled the raised part with sock material and it worked really well. Just sew and fill, sew and fill.

All you have to do is measure your neck and work it out. Good luck.
