So I have what seems to be the best starting place, the WOF templates. but I am totally new to this, and I am sure people have answering this question a million times, I just can't seem to find it. Anyway, my question is, once I get my Sinstra board and I have all the templates printed out, and I've made all my cuts... I just heat the parts up and form to a good fit?

I have not used Sintra yet. I have used material from plastic 5 gallon buckets. I do not know if those are similar to Sintra. However, once the piece was heated I could manipulate it very nicely. Some people have suggested boiling water to heat the plastic. I used a large heat gun. My only issue was that I heated one piece too much and it melted to the work table. OOPS. Once the piece cools it will retain its new shape.

Well it depends really, to use sintra you need an almost instantly defined shape to begin with. Then add PVA Glue to the surface and so on.

But what i have done is cut out WizardOfLights Templates out on firm card and put fibreglass resin all over it so it soaks into the card and firms it right up, then apply p38 to the surface and sand it to the desired finish.

If you go for sintra you can't put p38 on it, and you basically need a finished shape literally as soon as you cut it out.

If i were you i would do what I have decided to do.
