Why is Batman in a cage? Was he naughty?

would you share your techniques for weathering them? it kinda looks like you used hand brushed watered down acrylic paint, like hobby paint, black and grey. i've been looking at my boots since early december and still haven't decided how to dirty them up.

Thanks for the compliments guys! To answer a few questions:

We got a dog in early December and that's HIS crate. Batman just happens to be stuck behind it.

The boots were hand painted with black, charcoal and a few other colors. The 'sand' was krylon saddle tan spray paint, misted around the shoe.

I love those legos Murphoid. I have all the Batman sets. If you have any Tuesday Morning stores near you, you can find some sets for goooooood deals.

And lastly, yeah these are super comfortable. If they weren't so expensive i think I would order another set for casual wear.
