i took a trip to wal-mart and was looking in the fabric section to see what they have. for you that are making your own vests and neck seals there is a material called ACETATE, it is identical to satin and was like 3 bux and some change a yard 
. i picked up some tan colored duck clothe to make a ESB cape and will post pics when it is done. the particular wal-mart i was at didnt have jack for a cotton twill so my mission for monday is hit up more wally worlds.
