I just got it finished tonight. I'll can't wait to see how he looks in it when he wakes up. I'll try to post some pics of him with it on later. But for now here's this.

I used armor paint templetes that someone posted here (I don't remember who, but thanks) with some tweaking here and there. I really, really wish I had a silk screen press to use (hopefully coming in the future) but for now I just used the plain old iron on transfer paper stuff. I have the pics I used saved and I can post them here if anyone wants them. I just hope it doesn't look all crappy when it stretches a bit. I may have to start over and do it again by hand like I did my hoodie.

That turned out very good! You and your son will look back on this and have some laughs! Count Dookie made one a while back for his son as well!

Here are a couple of pics of him wearing it. Also, there is a zip file that contains the images I used for the iron-ons. There are two cod piece images. One with the ESB style ammo belt, the other having the ROTJ style. Measuring from the widest point of the chest armor and the cod piece image, the images should print out at a 6 inch width. You should be able to print the images on one sheet of paper each. If you make one of these for yourself feel free to tweak things as you wish and post pics here.

Now that is one happy baby!!! Very nice indeed!! I want one now! too bad all my kids are to big to wear that though... maybe I could do a Boba Fett themed build-a-bear!!! :)

"something something something..........dark side!" something something something.......complete!" now that is some good writing!!

Also, I should have mentioned that you will have to reverse the images in the zip file before you print them. Sorry I forgot to say that sooner.

I missed that one. And here I thought I had a pretty original idea going. I wish I had seen it sooner. It would have saved me some time making the images.

That's okay, the more of this stuff the better. It looks great! I didn't do the cod part on my project (thread here). The best part is that the kids grow out of them in a few weeks and you get to try again with something new.

I made it a little big so it should fit for a while... hopefully. I made another one that's in a thread in the sarlacc pit.
