MY ROTJ Fett build WIP

All right experts, I know this still has a bit of work to do but i had to do another round up to see where i stand.

Things i know:
Right gauntlet hose still needs to be connected. I have a plan.
I still need to attach the diamond once the plate placement is finalized
shin tools are still being finalized
Cape is waiting for collar to be finalized and have the studs attached
wookie braids need to be secured in place
knee launchers need the little bit of paint on them
of course helmet paint and jetpack
still a little bit of weathering to do on gloves and flight suit.

Other than that please feel free to offer suggestions for improvements.

Here are some updated pics of the Jetpack/ backplate adjustments. Big thanks to Vultana for helping me out.

Here was after we reshaped the backplate to fit me better. I know there isnt much to see but thats the point, no backplate sticking out the sides anymore.

Here is the Jetpack being supported by the harness. The far left stud is missing because it needed a longer screw for the cape.

Thanks for the compliments!!!
A little update, i went to Walmart and picked up my spray paints to begin my helmet. I used AFFO$'s list http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/f23/affo-s-paint-list-airbrush-challenged-11819/ and was able to find all but the automotive spray paint. I did the back panels and the dome last night. Pic will be added later. I decided based on my abilities and what i learned from the rest of the build that i will do the damage topically. I am beginning with a base of the main colors and add the rest on with brushes and mist with black from my airbrush.

Here is a copy of the colors from the linked thread.
SPRAYPAINTS

Dome and Lower Cheeks- Krylon Italian Olive(3522)
This color is a Satin so it will require dullcoting.
Upper Cheeks- Krylon Navy Blue misted with Krylon Flat Black
Visor, Mandibles, Red Trim- Rustoleum Satin Cabernet
Helmet Back- ColorPlace (Walmart Brand) Kelly Green
Keyslots- Krylon Grey Automotive Primer*#couldnt find this so i used regular gray primer#
*Krylon makes three different shades of grey automotive primers. The medium grey is just called 'grey' on the label. The dark and light greys are labeled as such.
Left Ear-Rustoleum Satin Cabernet (For the outer edge of the earpiece) and Rustoleum Aluminum (V7715).
Right Ear- Rustoleum Aluminum (V7715).
Killstripes- "New Color" Valspar 'Hacienda Tile' (Available at Lowe's)#i didnt buy this because i have a decal#

The 2 switches are canon and accurate. I know that at some of the exhibits they are missing, but can be seen in some of the screen shots. I will see if i can find a pic and post a link when i am not on my work computer later tonight. If you do a little searching, i am sure you can find it, it is not an obscure part.

Question... The two toggle switches on the right gauntlet... Is this an ROTJ edition I over looked? I can't find ref pictures with those switches.

Well... There is much to discuss about the toggle switches on ROTJ. Here are some images that will confuse you:

Sorry for the thread hijack, sgtski.

Yes. I am more comfortable with spray cans. I'll add misting with my airbrush and i have another helmet that i will see about doing ESB with for display or ROTJ SE someday, but i want to get this v1 done or it will never get finished.

Here is a not quite finished set of pics.
Need to change:
add 2 greebs to jetpack- I just have to put them on, the paint was drying.
Add girthbelt- I had to swap it out and the new one is in the mail
finish helmet paintjob- currently working on it.
add a little more weathering to spats and cape
Anything else?
