I recendly got my kit from Chuck ( Ruffkin ). I am very pleased with the quality of his work.

Here are the parts as they came out of the box.

Today I started to build them up. Right now I have cleaned up all the parts and started to assemble what I can.

I am still waiting to get a set of machined darts, the right kind of hose connectors and UHF connectors to replace the flamethrower nozzles.

Looking nice! I have an ESB set, I was going to paint my parts and pieces before I attach them.

I accidentily hit the "report adult content" button. hah. Sorry!

UPDATE :

Everything primed with colored primer. This is NOT the final color.
UHF connectors attached to the flamethrower nozzle part.
The hose connector parts are on the way already.

Now, let the painting/weathering begin !!

UPDATE :

First painiting progress. Unfortunatly i ran out of color, so the flamethrower housing is still just primed. Already added a black wash to the halves and attached industrial velcro to hold them together.
Continue tommorrow, with weathering

on a scale from 1 - 10 with 10 being the hardest POS ever made, it's maybe a 5... that's including assembly, painting, weathering... it was a blast to put together.

UPDATE :

The almost finished right hand gauntlet. The hose connectors should arrive any day now, as well as the machined mini darts.

UPDATE :

Unfortunatly I recieved another little setback today. Originaly I planned to have the mini darts, that go on the right hand gauntlet, professionaly machined.

I drew up a detailed plan and brought it to a local machinist. Today he called me and wanted to know, if I am still interrested in them since they would cost around 80.- !!!

That´s way to much for these 4 small pieces so I canceled the order.

So I tried something else today. I found a old knitting needle at my mom´s place, cut it into smaller pieces. Than I fixed them onto my dremel and and did the carving myself.
Heres the results, granted they are not 100% exact the same, but they are still better than I expected.

I will attach them to the gauntlet later.
